The Catholic Charities Secure Residential Intensive Treatment Units are secure, inpatient residential treatment facilities for struggling male and female adolescents ages 12-18, who can not be served safely or who have experienced minimal levels of success in less restrictive and intensive environments. Our comprehensive program offers a wide array of growth-promoting activities aimed at facilitating true and lasting change, not just stabilization, through a positive, structured, social-learning environment. Programming includes individual, family, recreational, and group therapy, a fully-integrated therapeutic and educational component, as well as community involvement.
The ITU Therapist is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the treatment programming for their individual caseload and is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to the residents of that unit in collaboration and under the supervision of the ITU Manager.

Education: Masters Degree from a recognized college or university with emphasis in human service area. LP, LICSW, LMFT preferred

The White Earth Reservation Tribal Council is seeking a qualified candidate to be responsible to oversee the delivery of chemical dependency services to youth of the White Earth Oshki Manidoo “New Spirit” Center, a residential setting for youth exhibiting alcohol and/or chemical abuse issues. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides clinical supervision of chemical dependency providers, specifically LADC case managers, individual/family therapists and youth counselors.
- Assists in the overall administration and supervision of program by supervising unit staff including LADC, communicating and coordinating with center director, and assisting in program development and evaluation.
- Administers a variety of assessment tools for chemical dependency diagnosis and assessment to understand client chemical dependency needs.
- Provides comprehensive individual and family based therapeutic services for children and adults to improve client’s wellbeing.
- Maintains all forms of documentation and reports to ensure records to meet provider and third party billing requirements.
- Supervises after-care services for the long-term care of clients.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of chemical dependency, mental health, adolescent development and family relationships.
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for promoting behavioral change regarding individual and community health.
- Knowledge of and ability to follow and apply the policies and procedures of the Oshki Manidoo Center.
- Knowledge of federal laws including Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA), government regulations, federal privacy act and agency rules
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- The ability to monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Addictions, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in clinical supervision.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in chemical dependency service delivery to youth.
- Experience in residential setting preferred.
- Must be LADC, mental health professional preferred.
- Experience with White Bison/Wellbriety preferred.
- Must be over the age of 21, responsible, mature, healthy adult who is able to carry out the license holder’s duties. If chemically dependent, must have minimum of two years sobriety.

Therapeutic Services Agency is seeking Part time and Full Time Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide In-Home Family Based Services to children, youth and families. Position involves completing Diagnostic Assessments, providing therapeutic services and providing some supervision of staff. Position also offers opportunity to provide part time outpatient mental health services. TSA is located in Pine City and has satellite offices in Anoka and St. Paul. Service area includes 9 counties including Washington, Ramsey, Anoka, Hennepin, Dakota, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec Pine Counties. Case assignments based on staff county of residence and general locale.
